I am defeated

I’ve had 3 separate interviews with three firms all in the past month that seemingly went great. Followed up after 2-3 weeks and have been ghosted by all of them.

Tough market here. Went to a great school and have industry experience for the coverage group.

Maybe it’s time to hang the hat on high finance.

well you know what we're gonna tell ya - it ain't over till it's over

Look, I have a decade of front office IB/M&A, top tier tech, consumer and big brands on my resume. Currently in VC /w top deals.
Multiple citizenships, residences, languages and I even have a cute cat.

13 interviews in ~12 months - no offers.

This is normal, get used to it. You don't give up, you just keep going.

"defeated" ? Do you  know how many tables I have waited and how many hotel rooms I have cleaned so I could afford a used car? Kids these days...

Is this for ER? ER is tough because the teams are much smaller and an opening is usually just for one seat. Took me 10 different interview processes that all went very far to get my current seat

Yes ER. Have reached out to virtually every analyst in my sector o want to cover.

WTH. Then find more sectors. This is not the time in ER to focus only on sectors you want to cover (if you want a job).

Go hard today. Good luck.
