I really want a career in ER but idk how to pitch a stock

I didn't study finance in UG but I passed CFA L1 and am pretty good at analyzing companies. I'm good at modeling too. I had internships at big 4 firms and am genuinely passionate about ER. The thing is I have absolutely no idea how tf I can pitch a stock. Like, compile a full report for a company after idea generation and trace back every catalyst in my analysis into the price target. I don't really know how to generate an idea in the first place. Just starting to think I should give up on ER and try something else, now that applications in Europe are opening.

Can this be learned? And how?
