The franchisor discloses some information about specific units in their FDD. Most of the information is based on system averages though. If the company has franchisees in California, you can search for their FDD through the California Department of Corporations. There is also a website called The Educated Franchisee that has some FDDs. I apparently can't post links though because I'm a new user. Send me a PM if you can't find it.
