for any of youz guys and gals who've seen first or second hand - ive been functioning 50% of the time on #IPO's since the coverage area is specialized, which from what ive seen is rare. my understanding is this is recognized well #bonus wise but curious just how much vs. a baseline of just being solid at normal coverage.
