Decent firm for oil and gas, and what do you mean by lead on internship? Do you know someone on the inside? Always confused when someone says a lead.
Yes I know someone on the inside. I'll leave it at that.
I've had 2 friends that did internships there in grad school. One got a full-time offer, the other got a job at FBR and was brought on as an experienced hire because of his 1-yr internship there. You'll get pretty decent experience from what I understand, its a small firm so you'll get a lot of exposure.
Roberts, how exactly did they get internships? Johnson Rice doesn't post anything on their website, and neither does your school's job site.
Like anything else, networking. Its a small shop so they don't do a lot of regular hiring, but when something comes up they'll put some feelers out to people who can refer a good candidate. My friends got their internships through a professor at Tulane who is in touch with just about everybody and gets contacted when firms are looking to hire.
Richiutti?
Thats the one
Much obliged sir
Yeah now I do too, see you at the interviews...
hahaha...good show gentlemen!
