Does anyone know the timeline for application reviews, Superdays, etc?
Got Pymetrics today, completed it and immediately after got HireVue. I applied to three divisions and only got Pymetrics and HireVue for one (Research)
Has anyone heard anything about Superdays? Application currently says "your activity submission is being evaluated", do you think they waiting till after Earnings Season or are they just steamrolling through regardless?

Hey guys. Current ER SA here, went through the recruiting process last year. Just wanted to let you guys know that JP was radio silent until mid September and then said they are still evaluating apps and then ended up giving me a superday mid-October. By that time I’d already accepted an offer 2 weeks prior. Just thought this would be helpful info cause I know a lot of ppl don’t know how the ER process/timeline is. Let me know if I can provide any other information to you guys. Interviewed at a lot of places so can give insight on that.
Thanks for the insight- do you remember anything regarding the timelines at BAML, CS, Barclays, or MS?

BAML- Never heard back from them. I feel like they did mostly diversity recruiting. Had a few good contacts but all of them said they have no pull and that I should just contact HR. Overall, I was pretty confused about the whole thing. I do have a friend who interned there in Research but they go to a NYC school so thats probably how they got in.
CS- Had an associate and an MD from my school push me there. Had my first round there and got the superday, but they could not get me in for one before my offer expired.
Don't want to comment on the others cause of anonymity, but DM me if you have more questions.
