Kepler Cheuvreux: What do you think? Is this a good ER firm in Europe?
Hey everyone,
I'm currently interviewing for an ER position at Kepler Cheuvreux. I have 3 years of experience at a credit rating agency, specializing in FIG. ER wasn't really on my radar until they reached out to me, but the analyst I spoke with seems great, and I'm trying to understand if this would be a good move.
How does Kepler Cheuvreux compare to other boutiques like Exane or Redburn? Also, what's the potential for transitioning to the buy-side or a HF from here? How does it stack up against working at a BB firm?
Regarding compensation, what's a reasonable target to aim for? And typically, what percentage of the base salary does the bonus represent?
Thanks in advance for any insights!
In Europe, probably one of the three best ER house with Exane and Oddo BHF.
How do these three compare with BB? And how do hedge funds and headhunters view them?
Thanks!
Don't really know about in ER dynamics for BB/HF recruiting, but if you are judged on your ER analyst position, you can't really go wrong with KC I think.
