Messed up my negotiations - Associate at 3YOE. What can I do next?

Few months back I transitioned from consulting firm to sell side research at BB as Associate. Folks with same or even less years of experience are senior associates. Hence must be getting more comp. Feeling confused about how to proceed

You’re over thinking this. Whether you’re an analyst associate or senior associate, it makes no difference to people outside of your firm. Any difference is the pay scale difference because no one can tell from the outside for the first two levels. Your promotion has more to do whether you can do your job well, get investor votes, and support from your senior analyst and management
