Why research? Why not IB/trading?

Why MS?

Why a certain sector if interviewing for a specific team/what sectors interest you most and why if more general interview?

Do you follow the markets/what has been driving stocks lately?

Technical:

Stock pitch

What metrics do analysts use to value xyz sector

Generic accounting questions perhaps (DSO, depreciation changes implications etc etc)

I've interviewed plenty of people for my team but they were experienced hires, and I generally asked the above (ex generic accounting questions) but also the above basically cover you IMO if you have good answers.
