Non-Target Midwest to ER summer analyst position

I'm Currently a sophomore at a non-target SEC school. I plan on applying for IB or ER summer 2023 internships in the spring of 2022 when recruiting starts. I wanted to see if I have decent odds of making it in.

Major: Dual Degree in Finance & Banking and Economics 

GPA: 3.75 ACT: 31

Honors: Dean's least 6/6 semesters, 2 academic scholarships

Work Experience: Large Private company merchandising internship, PE search fund part-time internship, and then hopefully an F500 finance internship or RIA internship.

Leadership: 2 years as events coordinator and director of academic affairs for fraternity, a school-run investment fund, and potentially a TA for a a semester

Service hours: over 150 hours
