Is it difficult/what percentage of interns do you think walk away with full-time offers? Assuming you have a strong performance during the internship.

Career Resources
Bank, group and market dependent. From my memory when I was doing this (like 2014 around) some places like EBs and particularly RX groups at them (like HL RX) tried to bring back every intern full time while other banks like GS purposely brought in more interns than full time spots they had to give out so only like a certain percentage would even be able to get FT offers. I hope this helps. Not sure what is the latest on every bank today but figure this info may be better than nothing for you
