PE Fund Accounting Exit Options

Currently a month into my role as a PE fund accountant at a very large custodian bank in the north east US. This isant what I want to do forever, and after reading some threads I’m worried I’ll be stuck in BO. I want to get into investment management, ER, really anything involving investment analysis. I’m 24, this is my first role out of undergrad where I graduated with a finance major and Econ minor. What are my options to not be stuck in BO forever and move to the investment side of things. Will answer any questions and appreciate all feedback.
