After some aggressive networking, I was able to secure phone calls with 2 PMs. I have a rough idea of what I want to ask them, but I just wanted to know if WSO could help? Initial call with PM at a Credit Fund (Originally Posted: 04/24/2015)
Got tapped for a 20-30 minute introductory call for a position (I assume associate or analyst,. Bloomberg didn't say). I've looked at the prospectus and have been trying to dig deeper into the person I'm speaking with. Apparently he's in middle market capital. I have no idea if he is HY, Credit opportunities, etc.
Realize we're going to have to do some broad strokes, but does anyone have any tips on prepping for the call? I know I should cover what makes a solid credit investment, but what else should I be preparing for.
