I have an interview with CS for a HOLT Sector Specialist position this Friday (lateral from IB). I've read all the related posts on this forum and from my understanding, it serves as a complementary function to ER and also deals with interacting with investors on valuation based on CFROI and HOLT's version of DCF.
Can someone please shed some light on the position in more detail? Does it involve modelling and providing analysis on companies in detail (e.g. qualitative too), or is it more focused on selling the HOLT system itself and inputting data to keep the database updated?
The impression I get is that most move onto either standard ER or AM afterwards. Any comments/thoughts would be helpful.
