Questions to ask an intern candidate?
We are interviewing candidates (please don’t reach out to me, the list has been finalized, no additional candidates) for an Equity Strategy intern position.
Which questions should I ask? Keeping in mind that it is a more top-down approach to equities rather than a bottom-up approach like sectorial positions.
I come from a top-down TMT role at a HF, this is my 1st time interviewing someone for a sell-side position.
How rich is your dad?
if they are truly rich then all the DD I need is google and networking. If I gotta ask them who their dad is, their dad ain’t rich
