Recruiting for ER Toronto
Hey guys, first post here. CFA L3 candidate in Toronto. 2years post finance bachelors. Currently working in capital markets ops at a Canadian big 5.
Looking to switch over to ER. Targeting firms like Stifel and canacord given I have no experience. Any advice on other firms to look into or what to do? Currently taking BIWS course to help learn modeling and pump out a few initiating coverage + earnings reports.

Edi: Also do you need to be licensed in Canada to do ER? Someone asked if I was licensed. I could do the CPH course fairly quick.
