Research interview , need advise

Hi all, I have a few questions for a possible interview for an ER role if possible could you guys please clarify my ideas ? A) how would you prepare yourself to attend your role ? Possible answers: Is this a fit question ? I must answer something related being proactive, teamwork player or should I focus on reading newspapers,prepare for a CFA, look at all the enterprises of your area if you are attending to a specific ER role like oil and gas ? B) what drivers and index would you check to forecast growth,costs,income from the sector that you cover? Possible answer: p/e ratio, ev/ebitda and others valuation methods to understand the sector? C) pick me a stock and tell me why would you invest on it ? Show me your reasons. No idea how to proceed here. Thats it , thanks for the support guys
