Research Stub Bonuses
Does anyone have any insight on what stub bonuses are for research divisions at the major BBs? This is for 1st year analysts just out of undergrad that receive a stub bonus 6 months after starting. Pretty sure most of the BBs are on this pay cycle for research. Any insight would be appreciated.

Its gonna the same as S&T for 1st years on fixed income, maybe diff if u are in equity.

It used to be a standard $15K, but it seems like this year it might have been a little less than that.
Is the stub bonus an addition to the annual bonus that is paid in February?
