Sanford Bernstein vs Gabelli ER out of college

Can someone help my friend with a pros/cons for each? Let's assume top group in each. You can answer with respect to either SA or FT ER options out of college. Similar pay, Gabelli is in Rye, ny, Bernstein Manhattan, NY.

Also....lets just go under the assumption that "my friend" met mario gabelli at the berkshire hathaway conference last year, hit it off, got contact info as well, and got the offer this year for SA. he is friends with mario if he goes to gabelli...just for shits and gigs. what does that result in for SA and potential FT? Similar pay for shits and gigs as well
