Second Interview Equity Research Associate

I have my second round interview for an equity research associate - real estate position next week which is a 2 hr interview. 1 hr VP and 1 hr test. I believe the test to be modelling which I am comfortable with. However, I work in private markets and this is equity research= public markets, I worry that the models used are different and as this position might be specifically targeting REITs.

Hence I would like to get my hands on * a couple of current equity research reports on a REIT from any of the big 5 banks

• a Reit model

Any help will be really appreciated.
