Sell Side Research Comp
Curious to learn about comp in non BB sell side research at the junior level. Is credit diff then equity? How do the smaller banks compare to the research specific firms like a Wolfe or Autonomous Research. Any color would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm at a research focused boutique and my all in comp is around $110K, I'm in my second year and I'm pretty sure I am paid below the street but we shall see from other comments.
