SS ER/LO AM Recruiters London

Hi, I am in the early stages of my career currently in Equity Sales, looking to move to ER but it's not possible at my current firm due to an internal restructuring. So, I am wondering if anybody could provide names of HH for SS ER or LO AM?To tag onto this, how easy would the move be, considering I have been doing sales for around 1 year? I understand LO is going to be trickier, so is it even worth trying or should I focus on SS for now?
