Thoughts on Bloomberg Financial Research Analyst / Bloomberg Intelligence?

As title says, what is the general sentiment about the role? Seems like sell-side ER is a common exit opportunity? Do people enjoy it/is it a good opportunity out of college? Comp and benefits certainly seem good. Thanks for any insights.
