I'll reply to this thread for posterity's sake.
I applied for the CMBS Surveillance Analyst role. Job listing said Dresher, PA *or* NYC, but most of the team is based out of PA at this time. First round was with HR recruiter and walked through the bones of my resume. Second round was with the team's Senior MD, softball questions only no technicals. Third round is in-orfice today with three different people. The email invite said these were "General Interview Questions" and the WSO Database shows they give overwhelmingly easy interviews.

Thanks for the reminder. Completed the third round interview today (on-site in Dresher, PA). It was relaxed and 100% non-technical. We walked thru my resume then talked R&R, processes, expectations, and industry. They didn't seem to expect me to be very knowledgeable and were surprised by what I did know.
Perhaps the internship process is more competitive/rigorous. Best of luck.
