Upside of ER?
Currently working in healthcare/biopharma/biotech in a tier 2 city looking to break into ER, no advanced degree. I've been offered a position that essentially reduces my pay by half with no relo assistance to NYC. What exactly is the upside to ER in the life sciences and is it worth moving my family up there for a significant pay cut for the next couple of years until I make it to the buyside?
