Hi all, I’ve received an offer from a BB for an associate role in SS ER in REITs in NYC. What should be my expectation for salary and bonus? Just want to make sure I know what amount to negotiate. Have around 2 years of research experience already in REITs but in Canada. Also the BB I have an offer from isn’t ranked for REITs.

Base for people right out of undergrad is $100k. Are you coming in as an associate or senior associate?
do you / anyone else knows what 2nd years are being paid if 1st years are at 100k? 115-125k?
GS and MS are paying 125K for second years. JPM hasn't confirmed raises for second years yet, but I'd expect them to raise to 125k as well (HR told us that we'd find out later in the month)
