What's entry-level comp for Healthcare ER associate in NYC?

Have a friend who's going through the interview process with a shop that's very strong in healthcare. However we don't have a great sense of comp for entry level HC ER roles. Based on my research HC ER seems to pay higher than other industry verticals. Looking for data points for base + bonus these days, especially after the pay raises across the board for banking. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
