Wolfe Research JV w/Nomura
Just saw an article on the terminal about a Wolfe and Nomura (named Wolfe Nomura) ER Joint Venture that includes rev sharing and subscription-based fee. Wolfe has been laying people off, and the general pressure being felt across the industry doesn't make this seem that surprising I guess. Nomura is an interesting partner though...
