In the past it was usually 10k raise for second year analysts. No one knows anymore. Also bonus time looks like it is shifting to year end, so all employees recieve bonus at same time. This wll result in stub bonuses paid year end to analysts as well as first year associates. I expect we will see next round of layoffs before year end bonus payout. And that salaries will be frozen next year.
I am pretty sure second year analyst will still a 10k bump in salary after their first year.
What banks are doing the stub bonus for analyst now?
