Over the weekend my team and I were running bank analyses when we were hit with a power outage. While we waited for the lights to come back, I threw out a hypothetical question to keep us entertained. Little did I know that this would lead to one of the funniest, most divisive, and most intense discussions we have ever had. What conditions or series of events would have to prevail for the US Dollar to become deflationary?
