Best Desks at D. E. Shaw
I'm an incoming QR intern and was wondering which desks might be best for a new hire. I know there's equities, fixed income, futures, and options. Got a really good feeling from the options people but that's a small sample. Looking to optimize both pay and culture. If I wanted just pay I'd have gone to Citadel, lol
