Bluebell Capital
Hi all, I was wondering if people had had any experience with the activities of Bluebell Capital? They have been extremely noisy in the ESG activism space over the last 18 months and have targeted a number of high profile companies with relative success. However, they appear to have minimal AuM (in relative terms) even though articles seem to reflect that they have close links to Elliott and others. My question for people is this: have they over-reached? I ask this because having had to climb down on the Lufthansa campaign due to going too aggressively, they now appear to be going for two companies (GSK & Solvay) with female CEOs, do we think this is considered and they're likely to be a good bet to succeed, or is there some sort of anti-female bias at play?
Seems like every time they get close to sealing the deal they are forced to stop.
Bluebells sounds about right.
