Choosing Careers

So I have two job offers to pick from and they are in totally different industries. I received a job offers from a bank in Structured Finance banking for a 2nd year analyst at a bigger international based bank. I also received an offer in equity research as an Associate for a US BB bank covering a high growth sector (think tech, e-commerce, etc). The ER position has a higher base and higher title but might have a lower bonus than the banking role.

Backstory on why I have these totally different offers. So I worked in an equity research role out of college for 3.5 years at a long only asset management firm but was laid off so I made a huge career switch to a rating agency in structured finance/ABS and been working there for a little over a year. I am 26-27 right now. I like structured finance but it can get a little repetitive and boring at times. SF/ABS is also way more niche than equity research. I feel the ER role has more upside long term to potential another asset management firm or hedge fund. Also there seems to be more jobs that entail financial statement analysis/DCF modeling/equities. I am leaning more to the ER role because I enjoy that type of analysis more and it would be more interesting to cover these type of high growth companies. Just wanted to hear other people's thoughts on this.
