Citadel Securities Interview
Hey guys, I had cold applied to Citadel about a week back and they got back to me a few days back confirming a phone interview for a later date. The position is for a fundamental analyst. There was an option to choose between multiple positions by preference but this seemed the best fitted for my skillset. I'm curious if anyone has any insights on what to expect - I have no coding skills on my resume, but am assuming I will need knowledge in that field. I am also not quite sure what sort of technicals they could potentially ask over the phone. If anyone also has any insight regarding the compensation here compared to IB / PE, would love to hear too. Thanks in advance!
