Execution Quant Career Trajectory
What a successful career and comp trajectory looks like for someone in this niche role, in equities? In particular, what is someone good at it paid after N years? Any statistic would be useful: a single data point, average, median, whatever. Believe it or not, I haven't found any credible information, and I am not sure if data for "quantitative researcher" can be projected on this question. Also... what are the natural evolutions out of this role? I witnessed only transitions to CRB, or promotions to a managerial role (when one person grew into a team).
Hey Lector, I'm here to break the silence...any of these links help you?:
