Funds recruiting from IB GS / MS / JPM in Eu
Hey everyone - quite new here on HF forum and was curious to know whether in EU / LDN there are funds recruiting from IBD of GS / MS / JPM? If yes, which funds are typically these?
Trying to orient myself in the industry and eventual future exit opps from the above mentioned IBs

the L/S platforms do; a lot of LDN single manager funds hiring trends are irregular so the top tier ones aren't hiring publicly.
Mostly the platforms hire directly in from IBD departments. The platforms have also consistently hired out of sell-side equity research as well.
If you look at many single managers - they do hire from GS/MS/JPM but often they are hiring one person a year or once every two years. Look at the investment teams of some of the larger single managers and you will see plenty of people from IBD. It is one of the best trainings out there for buy-side skills.

Point72, Citadel, Millenium etc. They're increasingly hiring undergrads though.
