Global River Associates - scam or new firm

A firm recently came on my radar claiming to have $600m in aum and is pursuing a variety of equity and other trading strategies.

The earliest info I can find is that the website was created in November of 2017. No other identifying information on linkedin, website, anything. Im quite skeptical this is a legit firm, beware.

Hey there, only came across this today, I appreciate this could very well be too little-too late.

I just tried looking them up in Pitchbook and Capital IQ, no hits. Also tried doing a news run in Factiva on them and got no results. No mentions within equity research.

My online searches only brings up their company pages and a range of job listings for them ala indeed.com, paysa.com, etc.
