Good books / resources for launching a fund?

Are there any good books / resources to learn more about forming/ capital raising / launching a fund? There seem to be a couple of books floating around, but they all seem to have poor reviews. Just looking to think through the main considerations from a structuring / business perspective when setting up a little vehicle with a couple family offices as LPs. Thanks!

Personally, been looking for a bound copy of Hedge Funds: Formation, Operation and Regulation by Stephanie R. Breslow, David J. Efron, et al. for years now. If you have access to libraries at H/S/W you might have access to a copy. My understanding is that it was a small print run. A few top law firms have books too but I haven't reviewed yet.

Here's my book on starting a hedge fund:

Set up a DE LP, find 1-5 fnf to raise >$1mn, and then talk to booth bay / leucadia to get your first stake.

Do it for a year and if you survive, hire a COO. Delegate them to bring on a well rated law firm to advise you on setup, because the structure is highly dependent upon the strategy and end investor you want to raise capital from.

Use hedge fund week for reviews on top vendors/service providers.

Leverage your booth bay / leucadia relationship to get sell side contacts, good starting primes are Jeffries/Cowen tier, but if you can get on track to $50mn+ then just go directly to goldman.
