Good Risk/Merger Arbitrage Books?
I know there are some recommended books out there like Risk Arbitrage (Wiley Investment Classics) by Guy Wyser-Pratte. But that book seems to be very outdated (i.e. not a lot of shareholder rights back then during the time frame of Guy's examples).
Any more relevant ones available?

Merger Arbitrage by Keith Moore is considered the Bible.
Merger Arbitrage byThomas Kirchner is a little easier to read
I work on a risk arb desk and can probably answer most questions.
How do you think about probabilities of success when a deal is announced? Do you use a quantitative formula, or subjectively assign probabilities to anti-trust risk, shareholder vote etc. etc. based on your prior experience?
