Growth Equity vs HF

I'm a student @ a semi-target trying to go buyside. I accepted a junior summer offer at a mid-tier growth equity firm. I did a sophomore summer at a solid hedge fund. I'm trying to decide if I should target growth or hedge funds for FT recruiting.

Pros for Growth: More "social" (meetings w/founders, etc.) Less stressful. Hours are more chill (depending where you go I guess) More stable. Friendlier work environments.

Cons for Growth: Comp is lower than HF. Not sure if I am interested in tech enough to make a career of it (I like healthcare).

Pros for HF:Great comp. Better chance of spinning out and starting your own firm (debatable). More autonomy. Less BS work. Have a clear track record of performance. More meritocratic.

Cons for HF: Not sure if I am good enough at stock picking to make a career out of it. More technical than I would like. Stressful. Can get fired easily. Impact on the world is questionable.

I'm still in school so I'm probably more ignorant than most people on here. Curious to hear you all's thoughts and anything I've missed.
