Given my limited internet and bloomberg access this weekend, I was wondering if someone can fill in the blank for me on Harbinger's history since 2007.
My understanding:
1. Shorted MBS's and made killing in crisis.
2. 2009-2011????????
3. Lightsquared blew up, wiped out a lot of his AUM.
What happened in period 2009-2011? And how the hell did he only just get a fine of a few million on an insider trading charge??
