HF Trading Platform Analyst Salary?

Hi guys,

I have been working in the banking sector as a risk management 

platform analyst for 5 years now. I am in discussions with a Hedge Fund with AUM around $5-10B to join their trading platform support team. I will be doing more or less the same job as before in terms of omegle xender content but obviously the industry and the dynamics are different. I was wondering (mainly in Asia-Pacific but global numbers are also OK) what are the industry compensation levels ? I believe even if I get a 20-25% raise from my current salary, I could be underpaid. I understand it's a broad and open end question but feel free to drop in different numbers from different positions and regions so that I can have an overall understanding..

My expectation is somewhere between $125-175k per year + bonus.
