How extroverted are SM HF jobs?

Title is pretty self-explanatory. Curious if SM hedge fund seats are particularly well-suited to extroverts/introverts or if there’s no real difference. I know the answer will be pretty variable, so I’d appreciate any color on the actual day-to-day and how social it is.

Mine is super introverted and overly professional. Hate this side of the job.

Most of my peers in equity SM also have an introverted-ish / serious environment. If you wanna have a good sense from the outside, look at the PM. His/her personality will usually translate into the team's.

Now the peers at macro SMs tend to be more extroverts. Prob because it's more fast-paced and insights come a lot from conversations rather than reading vs. equity shops.
