LEK Chicago vs Clearview NYC for going to Biotech/Life Sciences HF

Received both offers for FT and want to eventually get to a healthcare specific investing seat.

Wanted to get the lay of the land how current people in this sector viewed consultants broadly and people from either of these backgrounds. Was initially pre-med but would want to avoid medical school if possible, open to doing a PHD or Biotech Masters program if required to break in.

MD isn’t more valued at a fund. PhD is exact same bucket. They’re both useful - just don’t be like a lot of MD/PhDs and actually think about what’ll move the stock vs “the moa is so good and the data is so amazing, wow the target and wow the KOLs all love it wow max bull” lmfao

If you think HF it the way u want to go, u 100% at minimum do a masters, especially if you are going down the consulting route and not a hc banking group.

I’ve walked down this path you’re looking to do
