Macro Pod Groups
Hey all, I recently came across an interesting carry trade during my internship and my manager began explaining the role that large macro hedge funds have played in driving the spot rate as well as explaining the numerous factors that make the carry trade so lucrative.
This trade seems really interesting and I would love to learn more about these hedge funds / pods that pursue these types of trades. What is the typical team size and structure and what backgrounds/experiences do these individuals have?
