Formerly part of lighthouse. Scaling quite quickly, feasible plans to double AUM over next 12m. Was approached for a junior level role, told comp would be in line with other MM funds. Can’t comment on performance or culture but retention seems high, and through a quick LinkedIn search can see they’ve poached senior level talent from top tier MM funds. Curious to learn more if anyone has info.
