They give you 2 options if they think you're gonna make it in the academy. First is they'll try to move you to the data team, the other is a no return offer. If they give you the former option, take it.

P72 overhired for the past two years and realized about 6 months ago they didn't have enough seats on the pods. they clipped good portion of FT academy kids without notice then and clipped 15/16 out of 40 of the summer intern class
