I am aware there have been posts on the topic in the past but I haven't found one with even a short description of the superday's structure.
Wondering if anyone can share their experience on the structure, be it for the SA or FT roles? Would really appreciate it.

What was the phone interview like? Was it scheduled or just an impromptu call? I got an email telling me to drop them a call... and I think its a phone interview, unless rejections are sent out over calls...
