Proxy Advisory Exit Ops
Hi Everyone,
I'm a JD/MBA at a target school. Recently a recruiter for a proxy advisory reached out to see if I would be interested in a research analyst role on their special sits group. Proxy advisory isn't something I have considered or know a ton about. However it sounds like intellectually stimulating work and it would make use of my legal and business school education.
I have no idea what sort of exit ops exist for a position and the careers team at my school hasn't been much help.Given they seem to do a lot of work with activist investor campaigns it feels like that could be an exit op, but I really have no idea.
