Quant Research in Brazil/LATAM
Hello guys,
I'm a tech guy interested in joining a Hedge Fund in Brazil as a quant researcher, and I've some questions:

how much a guy that works with quant research earns in a HF in Brazil/LATAM? salary and bonus

the compensation is directly related with the AUM of the HF?

in general, the tech stack on HF is outdated? for example, many people using spreadsheets and VBA?

some HF provides home office work on some days?
-
why I can't find more specific data about the compensation of the HF industry in Brazil? (I think that Michael Page, Robert Half, etc is misleading)
