I'm a tech guy interested in joining a Hedge Fund in Brazil as a quant researcher, and I've some questions:
- how much a guy that works with quant research earns in a HF in Brazil/LATAM? salary and bonus
- the compensation is directly related with the AUM of the HF?
- in general, the tech stack on HF is outdated? for example, many people using spreadsheets and VBA?
- some HF provides home office work on some days?
- why I can't find more specific data about the compensation of the HF industry in Brazil? (I think that Michael Page, Robert Half, etc is misleading)
